She even discovered it was my Birthday while we were on the cruise, looked at my facebook page, and arranged a beautiful customized birthday celebration in our Suite. “During a very special cruise on Royal Caribbean my children and grandchildren had the honor of being assigned Susie as our Genie. That 7 day trip was totally wonderful. Susan took care of every detail from our cabin comfort to our onboard show reservations. She was available 24/7 for anything we needed or just wanted. Her personality won over my children and grandchildren immediately. She made such a positive impression on them that they will never forget her and talk about her still today. They constantly ask if we can go to Ireland to visit her. I have had several RCCL Genies but none of them can hold a candle to Susan.”

Her warmth, personality, professionalism and attention to detail are truly exceptional. What impressed me most was how personal the entire experience felt. You never felt like just another Guest. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with our cruise Genie Susan. From beginning to end the level of service she provided was truly exceptional. Susan was knowledgeable, attentive, patient and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. What really stood out was Susan's personal attention and genuine desire to make our vacation special. One moment in particular meant so much to our family. My Grandson wanted donuts but the donut shop was closed. Instead of simply saying they were not available Susan went out of her way and somehow found a way to have the donuts made especially for him. It may sound like a small thing but to us, it was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of the kind of person Susan is. Throughout our cruise Susan was always helpful, kind and attentive. She made us feel as though our family and our vacation truly mattered to her. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but it was those extra personal touches that made her service unforgettable. Exceptional customer service like this is rare and Susan truly made our cruise even more special.
